Booking Terms

To ensure every event runs smoothly, the following booking terms apply:

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once availability is agreed and confirmation is received in writing. A deposit or upfront payment may be required to secure the date.

Performance requirements

Clients are asked to provide a safe and suitable performance space, access to power if required, and reasonable protection from weather for outdoor events.

Payment

Payment arrangements are agreed at the time of booking and are typically payable prior to or on the day of the event.

Cancellations or changes

If plans change, please advise as early as possible. Deposits may be retained for late cancellations due to lost booking opportunities. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.

Event timing

Significant changes to performance times may affect availability. Additional performance time beyond the original agreement may incur extra fees.

Care and respect

Music is delivered with professionalism and care, and safe event conditions are required at all times.
