Cancellation Policy

Life events sometimes change unexpectedly, and every effort is made to handle cancellations with fairness and understanding.

Client cancellations

If a booking is cancelled:

  • More than 14 days before the event — any deposit paid may be refunded or applied to a future booking where possible.
  • Within 14 days of the event — deposits are generally retained to cover lost booking opportunities.
  • Within 48 hours of the event — the full performance fee may be payable, as the date is unlikely to be rebooked at short notice.

Where possible, rescheduling may be accommodated depending on availability.

Funerals and memorial services

It is understood that circumstances surrounding memorial services can change. In these situations, flexibility and sensitivity are prioritised, and arrangements will be handled with care.

Artist cancellation

If BUGATTI is unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Clients will be notified as soon as possible,
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to assist with alternative arrangements, and
  • Any payments made will be refunded if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.

Deposits may be retained for late cancellations due to lost booking opportunities. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Funeral and memorial bookings are handled with flexibility and care.
