BUGATTI Music — Performance Bookings

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and performances provided by BUGATTI Music. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the terms below.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once:
- Availability is agreed, and
- Confirmation is received via email or written agreement, and
- Any agreed deposit or payment is received.
Dates are not held without confirmation.
2. Performance Requirements
The client agrees to provide:
- A safe performance space suitable for live music
- Access to power where required
- Reasonable protection from weather for outdoor events
- Suitable access for equipment setup and pack-down
Performance conditions should allow the artist to perform safely and comfortably.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking and may include:
- Full payment prior to performance, or
- Deposit to secure the booking with balance payable before or on the event date.
Payment methods may include bank transfer or other agreed options.
Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Client Cancellation
If the client cancels:
- More than 14 days before the event — deposit may be refunded at discretion
- Within 14 days — deposit may be retained to cover lost booking opportunities
- Within 48 hours — full fee may be payable
Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
Artist Cancellation
If BUGATTI is unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:
- Clients will be notified as soon as possible
- Reasonable efforts will be made to assist with alternative arrangements
- Any payments made will be refunded if a replacement cannot be arranged
5. Event Delays
If event timings change significantly, performance times may need adjustment depending on availability and event scheduling.
Extended performance time beyond agreement may incur additional fees.
6. Equipment & Sound
Where BUGATTI provides sound equipment:
- Equipment must be protected from damage, weather, and interference
- The client is responsible for ensuring safe event conditions
Damage caused by guests or unsafe conditions may result in repair costs being charged.
7. Behaviour & Safety
BUGATTI reserves the right to pause or end a performance if safety is compromised due to:
- Unsafe behaviour
- Aggressive conduct
- Dangerous environmental conditions
In such cases, fees remain payable.
8. Recording & Media
Clients and guests may take reasonable personal photos or videos. Commercial recording or media use should be discussed in advance.
9. Travel & Additional Costs
Travel outside metropolitan Melbourne or special access requirements may incur additional costs, which will be discussed prior to confirmation.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Confirmation of a booking indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
